Wood-laminated Cover
The Look of Wood for Aluminum Balcony Cover.
Enhance a home’s patio or deck with an easy-to-install Japanese patio cover. Now the outdoor space is protected, and rain and sun are under control. Modern patio covers are available in many anodized aluminum colors, and there is a line of covers that replicate the look and feel of wood, with an added faux rafter-top and a laminate coating.
Older homes, in particular, can benefit from a traditional-looking cover that complements the architectural style. The upstairs deck cover featured here has a wood-laminate finish in a pale white-wash color. It is also available in warm and dark wood colors. Learn about wood-laminated patio covers.
To replicate the shape of a wooden patio cover structure, Japanese engineers designed a faux top for rafters to attach to the top of the standard patio cover rafters.
All other parts are the same as the standard REVOU covers. You can see the gutter in the end profile, with a downspout that leads back to the bearing beam.
The polycarbonate roof panel inserted into this patio cover is called Blue Smoke, and it is the best available heat-cutting panel available. It cuts 83% of heat and 100% of the UV rays.
While protecting against the elements, this roof panel still allows light to pass through, ensuring that the adjacent rooms will not be darkened. You can dry your clothes outside even on a rainy day.
This upstairs patio cover complements the house's style and has created an extra outdoor room to enjoy day or night, rain or shine.
Our modern aluminum outdoor covers are engineered and meticulously fabricated in Japan, so you know the quality is assured. Find out more on our website at www.KunkelWorksUSA.com.
