Fence Built To Last
This stylish aluminum fence is made to last, looks beautiful, and keeps your family safe. Japanese fence panels are made of anodized aluminum and come in beautiful colors and designer panel styles. There are open picket styles all the way to fully private panels. Some of our prefabricated fences are available with wood-look laminates. Pedestrian garden gates are also available to match the fence styles. See the different Fence Styles.

Detail of post attachment. There are two options for attaching posts to a Japanese fence panel. In this example, the post is behind the panel. The other option would be placing the post in-between panels. Here is an example for posts between panels.
Details of panel connection. All Japanese fence panels are 2 meters long. When you add one panel to another, a connector is inserted into the upper and lower fence frames. In the image above, you can see the two screws that secure those internal connectors.
This fence is installed on top of a rock wall. The owner chose the option with the posts positioned behind the panels. This setup creates a beautiful, continuous fence that conceals the posts. Installers also prefer this option because a post behind the panel can shift slightly side to side. When trying to find a good spot on a rock wall, this approach becomes especially advantageous.
Stacking fence is a popular option in Japan. Fence panels can be stacked as high as almost 10’. Different fence panels can be combined to create a specific look. Here is more info on stacking Japanese fence.
The fence shown here is called CEF-Y3 and is a good privacy fence with only small gaps for airflow. The matching gate style is MCE-Y3 (up to 4’) and MCE-HY3 (up to 6’-10”).
