Snow-load Carport

The ELN carport has a snow-load version called the VDS Series designed for areas with snowy winters. It features the same attractive roof style with panels that curve down on the post side, but now includes an additional post and uses a heavier metal structure. A carport that only needs posts on one side has many advantages in tight spaces. It also often helps comply with set-back requirements in various American states, where a post must clear 5’ while a cantilevered roof can reach up to 2.5’ to the side property line.
