This is a great example of how a cantilever carport can solve setback issues. For this customer, the 5 foot setback to the side property line prohibits a post in that area, however, and eve (or cantilever roof edge) can reach as far as 2 1/2 feet to the property line. This cantilevered PGF can comply where other carports can’t. PJF-5827 SLC-HC
