This patio cover maximizes available coverage while complying with setback regulations for the side of the house. To make the space rain tight the customer decided to have the posts on the house side and go through the eve to overlap the house roof. With no posts on the outside, the cover can reach as far as 2 1/2 feet to the property line and the maximum coverage is achieved.
