Bright Frosted Panel

This deck needed protection from the elements. However, a dark patio cover would have turned the adjacent living room into a dark place. Here the frosted heat-cut polycarbonate panel comes to the rescue. Little prisms in the panel brighten up this space. This panel also provides privacy while covering the outdoor deck.

This home sits on a hillside, and the back deck is raised. As a result, the roof of the deck cover also needed to be higher than the home's roof. An experienced installer has mounted one side of the canopy on top of the roof. This now provides a beautiful outdoor space protected from the weather and the prying eyes of the neighbors up the hill.
