Cover Installed Under Eve

If you have sufficient headroom, you can install a Japanese-type aluminum cover below your eaves, like shown in this example. Keeping this walkway cover roof as low as possible provides the optimum protection. The entry cover features a frosted polycarbonate panel that can retain light while at the same time cutting heat. For this project, the house gutter downspout has been installed through the polycarbonate panel of the entrance cover. See pictures 1 and 4.
